A super clean, well-organized, and easy-to-navigate store. Unfortunately, I arrived on Saturday just before closing time. However, I was served so kindly by a young woman. She was relaxed and patient, especially since I also had our frantic pug, the old man, with me. I've been a fan of Fressnapf for a long time 😄 and, with four pets, I'm thrilled with their selection. But this beautifully run store and its overall welcoming atmosphere are worth 5 stars to me. Thank you ☺️

Great store. Tidy. Clean, and very competent, young, and above all, knowledgeable staff. Whether it's for my dog, the kids' hamster, or even my grandma's cat, we always feel well advised and have always been able to get everything we needed there. If something was out of stock, it was promptly ordered, and we were able to pick it up. Highly recommended. 🫶🏼

Super clean and well-stocked store. The employees are always very friendly, and I'm always very satisfied with the service. I don't quite understand the argument that you have to wait longer at the checkout... There's a bell there, and someone comes over immediately to take the checkout if you use it. :)
